THE VALUATION GAP & REVENUE BRIDGE TRACK

Close the gap, before you talk to buyers

Under $1M in annual revenue, or simply not ready to sell? See your Valuation Gap, then model two levers: reactivating past patients and adding high-ticket restoration packages.

Two levers, in sequence

Phase 1 (Days 1–14)

Past-Patient Database Reactivation

A conversational SMS invitation to past patients for a Post-Weight-Loss Skin Tightening & Facial Volume Assessment, with no ad spend. The calculator models 1.2% of contacts booking a $3,200 package, so you can test your own list size.

Commercial terms: [State the revenue-share percentage, pilot length and what "free" covers.]

Phase 2 (Days 15–90)

Post-GLP-1 Patient Funnel

A 60-second Skin Restoration Eligibility Quiz and a $29 refundable consultation deposit for patients concerned about volume loss and loose skin after weight loss, leading to a provider consultation.

Commercial terms: [State pricing, ad-spend responsibility and contract length.]

What needs to be in place, before anything launches

These protect your patients, your license and your ad accounts. Your own counsel should confirm them for your state.

  1. SMS consent records

Evidence of the right consent for each contact, plus working opt-outs. Past-patient status alone may not be enough for marketing texts.

  2. HIPAA review

Patient data used for marketing may need written authorization, and vendors handling it generally need a business associate agreement.

  3. Clinical sign-off

Your Medical Director approves protocols, candidacy criteria and claims. The quiz only routes patients to a consultation.

  4. Ad policy review

Ad platforms restrict copy that implies a person's health conditions or body. All creative needs checking against current rules.

  5. Delivery capacity

Providers, rooms and devices to serve new patients well, because a projection only counts if you can deliver it.

  6. Clean reporting

Revenue and margin tracked by service line, so added EBITDA can stand up in a buyer's review later.
